It isn't very often a viewer feels as though they're inside a fractal, being forced to look around, and see their environment above, in front, below, and in a way, that gives the illusion of utilizing peripheral vision; you have done this in such a way, that I almost feel compelled to step downward into the center of this place, and watch the miasma flow and build over my head. This place feels as though it has a confining wall all the way around, but without the feeling of entrapment - similar to finding that epic place in a game that contains the item you've been searching for throughout the entire journey.
The colour use around the different angles and viewpoints of the walls, are what give this piece its defining depth - had you flipped the use of yellows/reds to the upper area of the arena, the feeling of enticement, excitement and expanding understanding of what is happening in here, would not occur. Had you flipped the colour tones, to having red/yellow near the 'roof' or 'hole in the ceiling', the area directly in front of the viewer, would feel dead and lifeless, rather lonely in fact, that the magic had left and the viewer was too late to witness this transformation in progress.
Hello there again, *bib993. Wow! This fractal is truly fantastic, especially it makes a feel of sunset feel. It has thousands of themes to choose from. The arches arching from the amphitheater make it like of they are arching the sun below the amphitheater. Above are cool colors, and below are warm colors. It also has a feel of lava; it looks like the lava is oozing to make rocks, and especially the amphitheater seats look like lava, and they are oozing. The most beautiful part is the sun below, shining like beautiful. Sunsets are beautiful and this fractal is truly amazing. Good work!
